Scale and certification

1,620 hectares inside New Clark City. NOT primarily a data center: the Department of Trade and Industry states the zone is for manufacturing AI and semiconductor components and processing critical minerals, not for building data centers. The 3,000 MW figure is projected power draw for the whole zone at full build, which is not comparable to the IT capacity figures other facilities on this page report. Framework not yet signed.

Where it sits

Pax Silica Hub is one of 14 tracked facilities in Luzon, of which 10 are operating today. BCDA / Pax Silica framework has one facility in this directory. This site has been announced but not built, so treat its figures as intent.

How solid is this?

The operator disclosed these details, or a primary source reported them directly. Still worth confirming with the operator before you use them commercially — capacity changes as sites expand.
